Ministry Purpose / Vision
Our worship ministry exists to lead people into God’s presence, glorify Him with our gifts, and create space for everyone to encounter His love and grow in a lifestyle of worship.
We exists to help people BELIEVE in God’s truth, CONNECT with Him and one another in His presence, and SHARE the grace of God through a life of worship.
Who we’re looking for
✅ Perfect for baptized believers who love using their gifts to help others encounter God through music
✅ Best Fit For: Team players who enjoy collaboration, are committed to rehearsing, and are passionate about creating meaningful moments of worship
✅ Energy Level: Medium to high, depending on your role (musicians and vocalists are typically more “up-front”)
Time Commitment
Serve on a monthly or bi-monthly rotation
- Sundays: Lead in both the 9 AM and 11 AM services
- Thursdays (8:30–10:00 PM): Worship practice at the church
- Sundays (8:15–9:00 AM): Sound check before services
- Midweek: Personal practice for two weeks leading up to your scheduled service
Training and Requirements
Audition: A private audition will be scheduled during a Thursday worship practice with a full team
Participation: Attend services even when you’re not scheduled to serve, to stay connected and engaged

FAQs
Do I need prior experience?
While an asset, prior experience is not required. We’re looking for individuals with good energy, a caring heart and a willingness to serve. Training and support will be provided.
Can I serve on certain days (I.e. Fridays, but not Sundays)?
While it would be best to attend all our events as consistently as possible, we are willing to work around/with your schedule to find a way to serve that is the right fit.
What if I’m unsure or want to observe first?
That’s perfectly okay. We encourage new volunteers to shadow a leader before making a commitment, so you can get a feel for the ministry and ask any questions.
