Prevent Harassment / Bullying and Violence

Prevent Harassment / Bullying and Violence

A considerable number of employees encounter harassment and discrimination in the workplace, yet an equivalent number refrain from disclosing these occurrences.  Many employees witness harassment and discrimination but do not report it.

Grace Baptist Church is committed to a safe and respectful workplace for all of its employees (“workers”). To that end, there is no tolerance of any harassing, discriminatory or violent behaviours.

This program will introduce you to laws, policies, and processes that are in place to protect workers and explain your own responsibilities in these situations.
Each of us is responsible for a respectful and safe workplace.
